I used to have a program that would allow me to take the documents and Help thing sout of the Start menu as well as add other things to it. Does anybody know what it was, and where I can get it.

Do it yourself.

Right click on the Start button and select "open."

Anything you put in this folder (shortcuts, please) shows up on the start menu.

If you're running NT4/W2K, you must "open all users" to change items that all users see in the start menu. Selecting "open" just gets your user's Start menu items. The OS combines from the two locations to present your start menu.

Yeah tweakUI is what I used the first time. I just downloaded it a few days ago, and I unzip it and I click the icon and it says it should be run under Control Panel, would you like to install. I say yes and it doesn't really do anything, and it's not under control panel.
