What program do you use to make thumbnails?

A friend of mine is in the process of making 100+ thumbnails...is there a program that can do this for you?

Photoshop, you can do a batch job to create a gallery, then just use the thumbnails from that.

XP Powertoys has a nice little tool that is quick and easy, and works for batch resizing.

edit=oops, link didn't work. If you can find the Powertoys somewhere(other than on MS's site, since they don't endorse them anymore), that might be a good bet. Very small little program.
