What program do you need to open a .pps file?

I just did a google search and found the free ppviewer.exe from MS.

openoffice will do a lot more than open it, and it is free.

I imagine so, yes. However, my sister-in-law is pretty unlikely to want to do more than view PPS attachments. She proclaims she's happy now with her computer. I had the Open Office idea before I found ppviewer.exe in a Google search.
