What program can take a TIFF file from my digi cam and make it a picture on my computer?

Photoshop doesnt read the file as anything. I'm wondering what program I would have to use. It's the highest quality on my digicam and it's supposed to be the best quality. Anyone know?

You might want to check your Photoshop settings and/or re-install 'cause Photoshop does handle TIFFs.

It says "Could not open "blah.tif" because the TIFF file uses an unsupported color space. I'm using Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and also a Fuji MX-2900 Digital Camera.

Uncompressed TIFF can be read by just about any graphics software. Based on your PhotoShop message, it might be a variant unique to Fuji, but I don't think so. Try any program . . . ACDSEE, HiJaak Pro, Corel Photo Paint, Easy Photo, Picture-It, etc. If none can do it I would imagine the file is corrupted. I can do uncompressed TIFF files with my Oly C-3030Z and D-40, and they open in all of the above.

How are you transferring the picture file from camera to computer? Unless you have a media reader, that may be the source of the problem. You are usually dealing with a 4 to 6 MB file in that format.
