what program can show me which program is using Hard Drive at the moment?

My hard drive is working slow, also I see some work done even when antivirus is off.
Is there a program,just like task manager,but for hard drive that can show me which program is using Hard drive. Task manager doesn't show anything except eg. 5% wmplayer,3% smc.

Task manager can help.
View Menu -> Select Columns.

Check any of the I/O Reads(Bytes), I/O Write(Bytes), and I/O Other(Bytes). Look for ones that are changing a lot. Note that some change constantly, but only by a few KB.
