What program can I get that will detect what COPY WRITE protection a CD has??

I'm not wanting to do anything illegal here. I just want to be able to make correct images of my CD's on my HD so I can run my programs from the hard drive and No CD.

Some of the images don't work too well, and I know this is because of the copy protection.

I have a really good DRIVE and most of the programs to use, such as CloneCD...

The problem is, that I don't know what kind of copy protection a disk might have and what settings to use when I am imaging it?
