what prog to o/c my geforce2 MX

i just picked up a guillemot prophet 2 mx oem... what program is recommended for overclocking the thing...

i'm going to slap the hsf that came with my retail thunderbird 800 on the chip, is it worthwhile to stick some little heatsinks on the memory, too?

any info/advice would be great =)
