what prog can i use

You can use SiSoft's Sandra., check under 'Mainboard Information' . If your motherboard has a locked PCI/AGP speed then it uses a seperate clock generator that may not be readable in software and will not show up in Sandra.

Edit: New version of Clockgen can now read nforce2 boards and a special version is available for nforce3 boards.
