What processor/mem combo should I choose?

Ok, well I gave up running at 272 1:1 atm since I have no clue as to why my system can run that stable (could it really be the memory??)

So I have two choices, run at 3.5ghz on my P4, 1:1 Ratio 250mhz me speed with 3-3-2-8 timings with my 2GB modules

Or Run at 3.8ghz on my P4 (272mhz FSB), 5:4 ratio at 217MHZ, 2.5-3-2-7 timings with my 2GB modules?

What do you think would be better overall?
 
dude try em both see if they both stable... then if not sure run some 3dmark benchies just for some fun and see which gives higher numbers... thats what id do.. but from what i see id take the 3.5ghz one since is less stressfull and less heat and 1:1 of course is better
