What power supply for an AMD Athlon 64?

I am looking to build an Athlon 64 system with the 2800+ processor and I am wondering what size power supply I need. Is 400W enough?

2 cases I am looking at with power supplies are:

Apex TU150
with an allied 400W PS

Antec Sonata
with an Antec 380W PS

I'd prefer the Apex, if it'll work, as it is $30 cheaper after shipping.

Thanks.

a Minimum of 350Watt on a GOOD quality PSU. I like to recommened the Antec TruePower 430watt, it all depends on what your wanting to run in your computer.

It's a bit underpowered and it's not a serious name PSU. 180W total for 3 and 5 is extremly low. And a measly 12A on the 12V rails is pathetic. 400 W is a lie plain and simple when 300W micro atx cased PSU have better stats. Most PSU's do lie. A 300W enermax will destroy a 500W Luckystar or some such other generic.

For insurance and piece of mind I'd definity recommend the antec true 380 featured in sonata.
