What? Does that need I need to forward ports 1024-65535 to one computer? That's pretty outrageous IMO.

Hehe. Are you trying to secure down your computer? A pain in the @$$ when dealing with such crap applications, isn't it? I feel your pain.
See if your firewall has a dynamic TCP option, so that it opens the ports only when use and closes them otherwise. ISA server has that option and seems to work quite well for me.
