ONCE YOU VOTE PLEASE POST so this can stay at the top.... I need lots of votes.....

Select the party according to your "voting record" not the party you are signed up with....

I'm Independent... not the kind that always votes along democratic lines...
In a day or two (maybe a lot sooner) I'll tally the results

Green party = -2
D = -1
I-D = -1
I = 0
Other = 0
R = +1
L = +2

if poll was give to the US there should be a slight + result (many right winged) Please dont take offense by the - and +... just a mathematical way of findy out the ideology of this forum....

Isn't there a beer party? I couldn't sworn there was a beer party.

You forgot the Whig party too. :D

I made this poll to see if this forum is heavily republican.... I heard some where it was but I wanted to make a sure.... and get a good idea of the ideology of these forums too.....

No option for voting issues...which is what I typically do. I'll vote for someone if I like what they say and think they might actually accomplish at least one thing I'd like to see happen, regardless of their party affiliation.

Wow, Bush did a good job. No Dems on the poll so far.

N/M: Somewhere between 30 and 36 votes, a Dem showed up.

Used to be Green Party, now I'd say somewhere inbetween Republican and Libertarian. I did vote for 1 democrat in the November elections though.

None of the above works for me.

Green party is very socialist, Libertarians are not socialist at all, and republicans are only slightly socialist.

I don't belong to a political party. If I compare yself to the people on this forum, I'm probably a bit to the left. If I compare myself to the people in my home town, I lean a bit to the right. I try to decide based on who or what I think is best, and not the little D or R next to someone's name.

Heh, yeah.

When I was 18, I moved in with a very liberal friend and his wife. We became vegans, and I was basically one of those people who had no idea what my beliefs were. Since he was liberal, and he would share info and links, I became just as liberal.

I've since stopped being vegan (I lost 80 pounds and was just flat out sickly), and figured out how to think for myself.
