what pocket do you keep your wallet in?

I keep my wallet in my front left pocket. keys, cellphone, and pocket change all go in the right (unless I'm wearing cargo pants).

Right back pocket. Usually when I'm at work I take it out and lock it in my bottom drawer of my desk, 'cause it sucks to be sitting lopsided (One might think of George in that episode of Seinfeld) and also it just hurts

Front (side) pockets are the way to go. Back pockets make my ass hurt when sitting, are nearly impossible to get at when in a car and leave you open to being pick pocketed. Front pockets alleviate all those problems.

My back pocket is for my ID... much flatter... and sometimes couple dollar bills....
I tried the wallet in the back pocket but it was just uncomfortable....

Same here - but if im in a big city or whatnot - I have cargo pants that have pretty secure velcro or that button the pocket shut - then i leave it in the back right.

The front pocket which has my keys, and the cell phone alone on the other pocket. I hate when I mix things up and my keys scratch the cell phone.

I realize that sitting on your wallet half your lifetime may never actually have any negative effects. But since there is really no need for me to have it there, I decided to move it to my front left pocket.

another vote for front left. I use on of those little pouches that hold a couple of cards and has a little money clip for cash on the backside.
