I go to the gym one monday, wednesday and friday of every week and bike 20 miles uphill. Harder than hell at first, but now I'm thinking I need to increase the hill angle because its getting too easy.
-Workout 4 times a week
-Golf in the summer
-basketball in the summer
-roller-blading in the summer
-cycling in the summer
-shovel the driveway in the winter
I deliberately place various parts of my anatomy in front of a chunk of vulcanized, rock hard rubber travelling at speeds of up to 120 miles per hour.
I get very upset when I fail to get hit.
In the winter here in Michigan I don't do very many physical activites, except indoor soccer. When it gets nice out in the spring/summer/fall I play soccer, basketball, golf, cycling, running.
I do walk a lot every day to and from class. I also take the elevator - even when I have to walk up 4 flights of stairs (not for fitness but rather because the elevator scares me to death in that building )
