What Photo & Video Management Software do you use?

With the thousands and thousands of digital pictures and videos we are all accumulating everyday I was wondering what Photo & Video Management software people are using these days?

I use Adobe Lightroom. People knock Adobe for their move to the subscription model, but for 10 bucks a month, access to the latest and greatest Lightroom and Photoshop is pretty sweet. Lightroom provides a good cataloging system for you to organize your photos, browse them, categorize/tag/rate them, and then edit them.

I use Irfanview. It does everything I need since I don't do video.

Photoshop Elements 13 with the elements + addon for pics.
Videos I just PLEX and have the directory hooked into my home theater setup.

I use Lightroom. I don't shoot video, but for pictures, it has mostly what I'm looking for.

Also use Lightroom. I used to use Windows Photo Gallery back in the day, and it worked pretty well, but it doesn't look like they've updated it in a couple years.
