What phone to get: Iphone 4s, Bionic, Razr, Thunderbolt or Charge?

Um, it would be nice to know more about your uses/expectations. Without that:

If you want easy and nice, get the iPhone. If you want thin and tough as a tank get the Razr.

None of the rest should be considered, they are all relics from a time when Verizon milked LTE early adopters.

Do lots of email, ebay, texting, social media for wife. Mine use a lot for work - calenders, reminders, email, text, calls, etc.....

I was in the same situation. The bionic is pretty thick and is only $150 at costo, the razor is really nice but I just couldn't justify the price tag of $300. I went with the iPhone 4s since its light, great battery life, and was only $189. But to each there own 🙂 .

Looking to get something pretty quick because wifes phone is about to go. We are currently using a blackberry curve and droid 2

Based on her needs an iPhone sounds best. For you either the Razr or iPhone is fine. Go look at the Razr and if you aren't in love get the iPhone.

And seriously, don't touch the rest on the list. They are cheap for a reason. Two are WAY underpowered (Charge/T Bolt) and the Bionic is a poor phone compared to a Razr.

Got to have myself a phone by Tuesday.....wife can get greatest! So I guess Iphone 4s or Razr?
I'd say go take a look at both. Either may suit you, but everyone has their personal prefs. iOS or Android / smaller vs. larger screen, how each suits you by look/feel/performance, etc.

Like poofyhairguy said, if you want easy out of the box, go with the iPhone/iOS. If you're someone that likes to tinker/customize etc. go with the Razr/Android.

well have messed with both. like both. for some reason feel like the iphone is less phone for the money than razr? maybe im wrong? i just want the best overall phone? i know thats a huge battle. I cant seem to get a answer on that one. we have mac books and pcs at home so really like both no just dead set on apple.

If there was a clear winner, we wouldn't have iphone and android trolls.

What do you mean by less of a phone? Functionality wise or performance wise? If you benefit from a larger screen then the Droid RAZR is probably better for you. As for performance I am 90% sure the iPhone 4S has a faster SoC on board then the RAZR. I can be wrong though so wait till someone else comes in and helps you out.

RAZR does have LTE so if your into that then you should probably get the RAZR.

Not 100% sure about the RAZR battery but I can push out 7-8 hours of hard use out of my iPhone 4S(Browsing web, reading book, playing Pocket Legends etc.)

Other than that it's pretty much personal preference when it comes to UI, design, and OS. Pick the one you want, you really can't go wrong with either.

The 4S has a faster graphics chip than any Android phone but it has a slower CPU than every single dual core Android on the market.

None of the above, Rezound or Galaxy Nexus...

Rezound has the best screen resolution wise and PPI, better camera, pair of cheap but branded ear buds, etc.

Galaxy Nexus, ICS can be rooted, fast camera but "only"5 mega pix, curved screen.

I went with the rezound, for $229.

The resound has a pretty thick chassis, and htc's nonsense can be pretty annoying if she's not into that ui.

My wife likes the Rezound better then the Razr just cause it is thicker (both of us had Droid 1's). She felt texting with one hand on the Razr would be harder to do.

personally its up to you. android 4.0 (ice cream sandwich) is a huge step up from previous releases, and ios5 is much more feature complete than before.

i'd say go for the 4S if you want a really easy to use interface and plenty of apps, but if you prefer customization and the ability to add and do whatever you want to it, then go for the razr/galaxy nexus.

If you are a techy type who loves to tinker with and customize everything, get an Android phone. RAZR is the best one you listed, but I would personally go with the HTC Rezound, or better yet, wait a couple weeks for the Galaxy Nexus.

Honestly, though, if you're not a "power user" and just want something that's simple to use, go with the iPhone 4s. I wouldn't say it's "less phone for the money". It has probably the best build quality out of any smartphone. The display is amazing. Its GPU is like twice as powerful as its nearest competitor (the Mali 400 in the Galaxy SII), which is itself head-and-shoulders above the rest. Plus iOS itself is just more "snappy" and faster feeling than Android.

Tb is like a stone age phone by now

After playing with my friend's 4s, I would take my TB anyday over it. That is even if the 4s was free and I was still paying for the TB. The 4s sucks. There may be other phones out there to look at over the TB though, but I am very happy with mine. If you need an Iphone, I would wait until something better comes along. The 4s is a joke. I was terribly disappointed. Her battery life was way worse than my TB and I had to turn off all sorts of services just so she could get any kind of life out of it. It felt really cheap and far from smooth, and I know plenty of people who have broken them from dropping them once. Not my type of thing. I was looking forward to it also, since I will be due a new phone relatively soon myself.
