What percentage of people driving new BMWs can actually afford them?

I see people driving new 530i, 740i, 330i, etc. everyday. Everywhere I look, I see a new BMW or BENZ. Can these people actually afford them?

They probably work their butt off for it, or that their daddy/mommy are working THEIR ass off for it... I'm a brat, but not a spoiled brat, my parents got me my car too, not that it's a BMW, but I know how hard they earn their money, that's why I fixed the damages that I made on my car with my own mula 🙂

Their lease costs are pretty evil. Where I live, most people could
afford a decent small home for the same monthly cost as new 540i.

My father owns a BMW. I'm pretty sure he can afford it, or else he wouldn't be driving one. Myself, I can't afford a BMW, hence I'm driving a Camry. It's as simple as that.

I don't know, but I know the woman in front of me today on some windy roads didn't know how to corner worth beans (some bimmer convert.)!
