What percentage of Celeron II 566's overclock to 850 under core voltage?

It's been a while since these CPU's came out and my friend who's desperately looking for a CPU wants to know.

How about a Celeron II 600?

The average for the celeron2 566 is about 880mhz at overclockers.com. I have mine at 1054 w/ Arctic Cooler.
