Those giant eagles just won't go away! Who knew Peter Jackson is over 100 years old?

While I'm sure this series of photos is meant to be whimsical rather than an attempt to actually predict the future, a lot of these did come to pass.

The New Fangled Barber: Electric shavers and hair clippers

An Areal Battle: Germen Zeppelins and Riesenflugzeug bombers during WWI, which evolved into literal "Flying Fortresses" in WWII.

Electric Scrubbing: Roomba sells cleaning robots that can vacuum and scrub.

A Very Busy Farmer: Mechanized farming and GPS controlled tractors and combines.

Advanced Sentinel in a Helicopter: Early experiments with military helicopters for recon and evac during WW2, which was further refined in Korea and Vietnam.

Intensive Breeding: Factory farms.

A Well Trained Orchestra: Modern keyboards and computers pack entire orchestras in a box.

Madame at her Toilette: More electric grooming tools we use every day.

Battle Cars: Tanks and armoured cars

A Torpedo Plane: Fighters and strategic bombers developed during WWI.

A Whale Bus: Maybe not with whales but there are tourist submarines.
