what pci-e x800xl gfx card to buy?

there are so many different cards and i dont know which one to buy

ive been looking on sapphire, because my last 3 gfx cards are from sapphire which has worked just perfect, but are there brands that are better?

Depends on what you are after.

The Sapphire X800XL has a prettier stock heatsink.

The MSI one, which I prefer, comes with lots of bundled games (XIII, Splinter Cell: Pandora, and Uru), and has 2 DVI outputs.

I would suggest the MSI one from my experience.

I got the gigabyte version, which is passively cooled so it doesn't make any noise at all. Runs perfectly from my experience.

I prefer the Asus and MSI versions of the x800XL PCI-E since they're dual DVI, which comes in handy when you want to run dual digital LCDs.

if you don't care about looks, and software bundle, they all do the exact same thing.

that zalman dual heatpipe is an ass to install so if i can avoid that ;p
