what part of my comp needs to change.

when i use maya i cant. what part of my computer is making it so when i try and move around in a room i have already created in lab so choppy. on lab comps its all smooth. but at home its all choppy. so what im asking is which part of my cpu needs to be replaced to fix this. look at my rig for my current setup.

well, a 1ghz Tbird should be enough not to produce chopiness, so I guess its the video card.

What chip does the Diamond stealth use? TNT?

im not sure. but i do know it isnt the greatest but never really thought moving around in wireframe would kill it so much.

Is the stealth 3 a Savage 4 based card? If so, that thing sucks! Actually Diamond doesn't make any video cards anymore so if it's a Diamond it's probably older and needs upgrading.

You'd think it'd be okay for wireframe. Is that done like 2D or by 3D instructions like OpenGL?

yah its the savage and im not sure how it operates im just learning to use and and having great difficulty at home.
