What P4 cooler to buy?

Hey guys, I have a P4 and I need to get a cooler for it. I don't want to spend $50 on just a heatsink, but I don't want a bad cooler. I would like it to be as quiet and cool as well or better than the P4 stock cooler. Thanks for any help.

PAL8942? If you don't have any spare 80mm fans on hand, get it with the YS Tech adjustable-rpm ("rheo") fan: 8942 + fan kit These come highly recommended by P4 users.
