I spent well over a month trying to get their tech support to answer my questions, why would I return what is likely a perfectly good power supply? I didn't know it was defective until one of their tech support people told me so, nearly two months later. What has me so damn pissed off is their head of tech support, Paul Nelson, called and told me he was sending a replacement power supply, "no need to return the old one". He lied. They don't answer their email, they didn' have an 800 number that worked from Canada until a few weeks ago, then they don't fulfull their agreement. If that's the kind of business you want to deal with, go ahead. Typical yan..never mind.
