hagbard, you had bad experiences with their customer-service department over a faulty product that was not your fault, right? I think most of the people who frequent this part of the Forums know that by now--you've made your point, ok? Is this going to be your last use of the AnandTech Forums to get even with them, or will we have refresher courses every week? If anything, you're likely to provoke the happier Antec owners into posting positive comments and raising Antec's rating. :Q And no, I am not a secret Antec drone... who do I contact to get onboard? ;) You say there are some &quot;drones&quot; planted here, so name some names, other than that AntecCSR guy.

edit: ok, I apologize already for being sarcastic. But I know I'm not the only person who is getting a bit tired of hearing about it a lot. ;) Can you consider us informed?

yep im getting pretty sick of it too... but Hagbard we don't really care if you had problems! alot of people here love what they got from antec.. your wasting your breath bad mouthing them here... give your review at reselleratings, and focus your energy on them! bitch complain and moan to antec.. you can spout your bad feelings all you want to people looking for a new case but there are plenty more who will counter your thoughts, so your not influencing anyone here. I say bug the living SH*T out of antec till you get taken care of. And if and when you do get satisfaction from them.. please.. don't tell us about it!!

antec is cool

i accidentally crapped out my case panel and emailed them for an replacement
and i got one in 2 weeks no quesitons asked.

two thumbs up from me...their cases are the best....although i would like more 3.5 bays! ;)

No don't submit a review at resellerratings.com, it is intended for only if you bought it FROM Antec directly. Besides why did you go to Antec in the first place. If it was still within the return period....RETURN IT!!!!!! that's why they call it a return period.

Antec rules, great case, great power supply, gets my whites whiter. Heading over to resellerratings to give em as high a score as I can...

I spent well over a month trying to get their tech support to answer my questions, why would I return what is likely a perfectly good power supply? I didn't know it was defective until one of their tech support people told me so, nearly two months later. What has me so damn pissed off is their head of tech support, Paul Nelson, called and told me he was sending a replacement power supply, &quot;no need to return the old one&quot;. He lied. They don't answer their email, they didn' have an 800 number that worked from Canada until a few weeks ago, then they don't fulfull their agreement. If that's the kind of business you want to deal with, go ahead. Typical yan..never mind.
