I didn't know that was included now. It's been awhile since I've looked at UBCD. I used to use UBCD4Win a good bit back in the day.

Check out some rootkit detectors like Malwarebytes Antiroot kit and TDSS Killer.
Also, you should get an antivirus Boot CD or 2.

You might consider SUPERAantiSpyware, Avast Antivirus, Comodo Firewall.

Gents, you should know that Malwarebytes cannot be used as a mere tool. You *have* to purchase a license for every single PC you use it on.
