You can browse as a guest for a while, but it will eventually cut you off and require a one-time $10 payment to register permanently. It's worth every penny. Half the stuff I read there I'd be banned for here, but it's an absolute comedy goldmine. More often than not I'm not able to breathe because I'm laughing so hard.
