What OS runs programs faster?

Ok, well I would say 2000 with sp3. XP is basically 2000 with added crap and "features". It chews up more ram than my 2000 install on the same hardware.

I think XP, of course with all crap turned off (including new useless services)

based on personal experience i feel that xp is faster of course with all the eye candy turned off.
