What OS is the best for overclocking?

If we're talking Microsoft, I'd have to say Windows 98. I don't know how Linux deals with overclocking because I've never successfully installed Linux (recently). I also use BeOS, but the setting I use right now works flawlessly in 98 and 2000, so I don't know if Be handles it any better or not.

WinME should work as well as 98, considering it was built on pretty much the same files. But in actuality, the OS really doesn't matter as long as it stays stable at whatever bus speed you're attempting to use. So if all else fails, try using 2000 pro. it's very stable
