What order should I put my cards in?

I have the Asus A7M266 motherboard. It has a layout like this:

AGP: GeForce2 MX
PCI1:
PCI2:
PCI3:
PCI4:
PCI5:
CNR: (not used)

I have the following devices:
SoundBlaster Live! 5.1
Intel EtherExpress NIC
Promise FastTrak 100 PCI
Asus GeForce2 MX400

Is there a particular order I should put the cards into the PCI slots? Obviously the GeForce goes in the AGP, but what slots should I optimally put the promise controller, NIC, and SoundBlaster in? Any advice? Thanks.

Here's how I have mine

AGP: Geforce 2 MX
PCI 1: empty
PCI 2: SB Live! 5.1
PCI 3: empty
PCI 4: D-Link 10/100 NIC
PCI 5: US Robotics 56k modem
