What order should I install drivers?

To make a long story short:

Soltek KT266 motherboard + Radeon LE = problems
Soltek KT266 motherboard + RMA'd LE = problems
Soltek KT266 motherboard + Asus GF7100 = stable
MSI K7T266 Pro + Asus GF7100 = stable
MSI K7T266Pro + RMA'd Radeon LE = problems

The Geforce MX is not mine, so I would like to get my system working stabily with the Radeon. I've changed enough parts to make it seem as though hardware problems can be ruled out. The only thing I can think of that I've not changed with each successive reinstall is the order with which I install the drivers. Here is what I have been doing:

Win2k:
Ethernet Drivers (so that I can grab the rest of the drivers off my network)
Via 4in1's (4.32)
Win2k SP2
DirectX 8a
Radeon drivers (tried several revisions)
Liveware

Win98SE:
Same as above, without SP2.

Well I know a lot of people have had problems with the 4 in 1's, and SP2 installed at the same time. Maybe you should try just using SP1. I personally have 4.32 4 in 1's, with win2k SP1, and a Radeon VE working perfectly. This is on a KT133 based board by the way(MSI K7T Pro2A)

Well if it happens in both it's probably not that then. Have you tried using an older version of the 4-in-1's? I'm assuming you're using the latest drivers for the LE. Have you modded your LE to turn it into the regular Radeon? If so, your problem could also stem from that. That's about all I can think of though.

On a brand new format, I had no problems till right after I instlled the latest final radeon drivers.

I just upgraded them to the latest beta drivers, and so far I've not had any problems. I'll update if there's still craziness going on.
