Hardware reviews, then the Hotdeals forum was my main reason for visiting and accessing the forums, now it's probably the OT forums.

I was ordering parts and helping a friend build a new PC several years ago. This was one of the first sites that came up when I was researching current tech. (Before AT, I would simply go on price watch, get the cheapest generics without any knowledge of why bus speed and memory switching...or whatever is important).

I lurked technical forums for most of that time...then registered only recently
My current job turned me into a full-time neffer from the start
