What operating systems have you successfully used under VMWare?

For me its been Windows 2000 Professional and Advanced Server as well as Mandrake Linux 8.0 I believe and FreeBSD 4.6.2.

I wish I could get QNX or BeOS or OS/2 working under it (I know, I know, unsupported.. but still..)

So what have you gotten to run?

i would imagine all of those can run, have you tried?

i've run windows, netbsd, openbsd, and freebsd, i think that's it. maybe redhat, i dont remember.

I haven't tried OS/2, but BeOS would reboot right after the loading BeOS screen. As for QNX, I tried the CD image version and when it booted off the CD, it would start loading then caused a kernel panic. I tried QNX without VMWare and it looks neat.

When I was first introduced to VM Ware, I actually had a machine running Win. XP with VM Ware Win '95, '98, NT, 2000 Pro, and Red Hat 7.3 machines running on it all at once. I don't really know why I did it. I guess just because I could, and I thought it was pretty cool.
