Hello everyone. I am thinking of starting a small business (computer related) and I have to decide what bank I want to open it's accounts in. I have been looking to some online banks, because my local options are very limited, and because they also charge a lot of fees for practically everything.. :( Plus it seems online banks ahve higher interest checking whish is good (right?) :). Anyway, any help/comments will be appreciated. Thank you.

I used Citibank online for years now and have had no problems with it. I was a Citi/fi member too but they folded.

I use Bank Of America's small business program. I think it's like $11 in fees each month until you reach a certain amount (I forget the minimum balance). I like their online services, but haven't used any one else (for personal or business) to know if anything else is better. There are fees for lots of stuff, like deposits and crap, but I only make a few deposits a month of a bunch of checks so it works out well for me.

I would Definitely NOT recommend x.com. To quote their CS person, they're moving away from online banking and focusing on their online payment division. I guess that's why they decided to change things with no notice (adding monthly fees, removing all credit line, etc.)
