Could be Cool web search. Try running CWShredder in Safe Mode and see if it finds anything.

Have you got an epson printer?

Search for the application or dll file itself and see if it resides in a folder with other items that might give you a clue as to its origin.

download process explorer here and it will tell you where its started from so you can get rid of it.
