Would be interesting if you also mentioned your monitor resolution and refresh rate.....and so far how you like the experience?

1080 Ti - Acer Predator GSync 3440x1440 100hz. I also have a secondary 4k 60hz
The Predator combined with the 1080Ti is an amazing experience. I used to game on my 4k but decided to opt for a lower resolution with Gsync.

1080ti to run 3x Asus swift 1440p 144hz displays although mostly game on a single screen as surround is extremely demanding. Older games in surround are mint though....

GTX1080 here.

Using a Dell UltraSharp U2515H - 2560 x 1440 @ 60Hz. I'd love to run higher refresh but need the IPS and resolution (photo work) and can't afford the Acer Predator / Asus Swift type of displays. Still, the Dell does well enough for my gaming needs. And my 1080 is plenty of power to run this resolution. Plus I like to keep my GPUs for a few years so the extra power is nice for future titles.

GTX 1080 for 1080p/60. If I were to upgrade monitors, it would likely be for higher refresh rate to play online competitive FPS games. With this setup, I can run everything at max. I upgraded from a HD 7970, which was also "too much card for 1080p" when it was originally released.
