What mobo/cpu/chipset options are available for a dual setup?

Can someone summarize or point me to a resource?

While nowhere neat an exhaustive list, this gives you an idea of some of the boards available for Intel Xeon, AMP MP, and AMD Opteron processors.

Intel

If you go Intel, you have to go Xeon, as P4s can't run in a dual config. If you go AMD you can get either Opterons, or Athlon MPs (or XPs modded to MPs).
