You don't have many options I think. That particular northbridge is directly under where the first PCI-E x16 slot video card will be. DFI has a special design that allows clearance for video cards, but most other chipset HSFs do not. I'm not sure myself, I'm just using the stock chipset HSF still.
 
I was wondering the same thing. I have a different motherboard (MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum) but I have the same problem, the NB is right under where the AGP card sticks out. I think Zalman makes a yellow or golden or whatever colored one that fits, iirc.
