what nforce4 SLI motherboard

Hi, i am putting together a new system, but i can't make up what motherboard i'm gonna get me. (must be nforce4 SLI 'cause in a yaear or so, if the prices of the graka's are a bit lower, i'll buy me a second one)
got me a AMD 64 3000+ Winchester processor (gonna overclock it to 2.5 Ghz or something)
For the mobo i am doubting between the MSI and the gigabyte 1

My needs on the motherboad are:
GLan, SLI

My whole system is:

- proc: AMD 64 3000+ Winchester core
- Mobo: ?
- RAM: OCZ PC3200 EL platinum edition rev.2
- graka: Gainward PowerPack! Ultra/2400PCX TV-DVI-DVI Golden Sample GLH
- sound: Soundblaster Live! Platinum 5.1 (recup. from old pc)
- wc: Coolermaster Aquagate ALC
- case: Coolermaster stacker
- HD: 250GB 16MB cache

Pretty good system imo, no better proc needed, 'cause overclocked my 3000+ is fast enough.

I've got the A8N SLI Deluxe, but want the MSI Ultra version of the nf4. Don't get me wrong, the Asus SLI package is sweet, but the particular MSI Ultra offering is almost identical.
