What next to up my Opteron 165?

I'm pretty new to overclocking so bear with me. I have a DFI Lanparty NF4 (non-SLI), Opteron 165, and 2x512 Corsair Value Select PC3200 that I reused from my last computer. I upped my FSB from 200 to 267, in small increments, and so far have been holding stable at 267x9 = 2400mhz. At 278, while trying for 2500mhz, it will post Windows for a second, then reboot. I tried upping my voltage on the CPU by 0.025 volts but that didn't help any. I didn't want to push it any further without asking you guys first. I was thinking of maybe dropping it down to 8.5 or 8.0 multiplier, then upping the FSB? Or is this not so smart due to using cheap RAM? I'm not going to purchase new RAM so please don't suggest that. Getting 33% free power out of my Opty 165 is GREAT, but I'd love to hit 2.6ghz!

Any info you guys can give me is greatly appreciated! Also, here's a pic of what I have so far:

THANKS! 🙂

Drop the divider on your RAM to 100:200 and see if that'll do anything.

Then continue overclocking as usual, it's probably just the fact that you went past the limit of your RAM 🙂
