what newsreader u use?

I tried xnews, newbin and dont like it.
Anyone otehr good simple ones out therE?

if you want to read the posts, Free Agent is the best one..

if you want to download files, fast, then Newsbin is by far the best one...you do need to tweak the default settings a bit though, if you have broadband, increase the number of dl streams to at least 4, and turn off auto-downloading!

I use Agent for most purposes, occasionally NewsBin.

40tude is somewhat close to Agent in style, and its freeware for private use.

 

Newsrover is another one to consider.
