Reno 911 because I've never heard of most of those movies, I'll catch the trailers and see if that changes my mind.
 
After seeing the full length trailer for Spiderman 3, I'm drooling waiting for it. Frank Miller's 300 looks like it'll be incredible too. And of course whenever the next Pirates of the Caribbean comes out. Past that there's nothing I'm anticipating .... unless you count movies that I don't even know when they'll be out like The Hobbit and Sin City 2 and whenever they actually make the American McGee's Alice movie
 
Reno 911 Miami should be funny. I just hope they didn't use all their funny material on the preview.

As for a drama, Pursuit of Happyness looks really good.
