What new cell phone service should I get?

I currently have T-Mobile and I have been with them for almost years. I don't have much to complain about when it comes to plans and rates, however the service where I live, especially inside my house is horrible. My contract is almost finished and I am considering switching to a different service. I have been with Sprint and I didn't like them much. I am considering Nextel and Virgin Mobile(the no plan company.) Anyone have any experience with Nextel or Virgin? How is virgin mobile's reception and coverage? What were your experiences like with bills, etc?
