I'll do my best to describe it: In this game you played, I believe like a gorilla that would skate on a skateboard through the jungle. You would have to jump up and land on the "enemys" to kill them. In one part of the game I remember like surfing down a river and having to watch out for various things such as electric eels. I hope that is a good enough description for someone to help me out. Thanks
 
the first part of your descrip sounds liek adventure island, teh second like T&C, i dont remember surfing in adventure island
