What needs heatsinks on a GPU-Only cooled GTX460?

I have two EK universal WB's that I'm going to be mounting on two GTX460's . I don't think they are reference designs because they do not exhaust out the back of the case, but they are EVGA brand. What components are going to need heat-sinks? I'd use a Swiftech uni-sink but I don't think they ever made on and Swiftech will not get back to me via e-mail.

I will be pushing these things as hard as they will go. Hell, they both do 900 on air!

Or should I just see if I can find someone that that wants to trade these for a single 480 or better?
 
The memory will need heatsinks for sure and maybe also power components depending on how much you're OCing.
