In a new Corvette — yeah, sounds about right!
A young guy who just moved in a couple houses down from me has a light blue C3 (as far as I can tell?). I’m guessing it’s an heirloom or something because I’ve never seen him drive it. Looks really clean though and it’s a really striking car to see these days.
So a garage queen then. I'm guessing he actually wants to park it in his living room if he could drive it in there.
I own a '73 C3 that I bought from a friend back in '78. Drove it 'til the early 90's when I turned in the plates, hung it up on blocks and finally did a frame off restomod years later after the kids flew the coop. The only other thing I need to do to complete the restoration is getting it painted. I still can't decide what colorful shade of awesomeness I want it covered in (well, actually the wifey has the last say, you know how that goes.)
