I've only been banned twice. Once for neffing in about 20 threads (banned one month) and then banned again for the nested quoting thread (banned a week?).

The first ban was the worst, but it was also about 2 years ago.

Hit the PAB process pretty good, BUT, PAB always finds pics of his supposed "Deals", blacks out the names, and claims them as his own.

He, or someone he knew, did get on Mad Money though. I know that's not a whole lot, but give him an ounce of credibility for that.
