With the crap VZW is pulling, I want out and dam looking a alternatives. What carrier can take an iPhone and turn loose with the only difference the use has is where the bill comes from. I don't know if anyone does or are even interested. This company would have to allow me to use my 5GB of month usage at a reasonable price. My wifes 500mb usage would also need to be at a reasonable price. Make data a ducked they we both draw out of would be even better. Any MVNO playing by rules close to these.

If you're currently on Verizon you are SOL. You cannot take a Verizon phone onto another carrier. The only one I know you might have a chance with is Page Plus. The only carrier that's left with 5GB is Sprint. No tiered data though, you're stuck with 5GB.

he could take his phone to Cricket I believe their 3g is the same, he'd have to pay to get it flashed. But it's legal and inexpensive.

I'm currently on Sprint but likely on my way out the door. Buying new phones isn't an issue, I'm fine with that. CMDA is a must, no GSM 3G around here.

The only carrier I know who will take a Verizon iPhone is ACRS Wireless http://www.acrswireless.com/

They are a very new but promising Verizon MVNO. I'm not sure if the plans interest you at all though.

Also, no MVNO will let you use 5gb a month repeatedly. Maybe 1-2gb.

If you really want an iphone on an mvno for cheap and don't mind paying some upfront costs and some tricks look at this, its an att mvno http://www.howardforums.com/showthr...!-Everything-you-need-to-know-to-make-it-work!
It is $45/mo. Keep in mind they don't specifically say their data limit, but it is assumed to be 1-2gb. If you use a lot always, they will cut you off. If you do go this route, DO NOT pay for a whole year in advance, pay monthly. If you pay all upfront and they cut you off, I think you won't get your money back.

Other mvmos
Cricket - can use the vzw iphone 4, but only voice/text no data. No one has figured out how to make the data work yet, I don't think they will. Also throttles after 1-2gb?
t-mobile prepaid or simple mobile - gsm, t-mobile is 5gb, simple-mobile is 2gb maybe. Can bring any gsm phone with t-mobile bands for data.

others that don't let you bring any phone
virgin mobile - unlimited data, sprint network, good deal
boost mobile - same as above

It's looking like Virgin with the Triumph is going to be the best bet if I have to go this route.
