I watched a walk to remember a few days ago. It was my 3rd time to watch this movie. I didn't cry for the first 2 times, but I did for this time. gosh, I am a man and 18 years old.

yes, but I am not a homo. somehow, I have something called passion which you don't.

War Games, when the computer finally stops flipping out and realizes it can't win. I think we should carpet bomb Iraq with VHS copies of the movie.

The Dirty Dozen, that scene when Jim Brown got cut down by a low life Nazi as he was running toward the half-track made me cry 😉. But seriously, Sleepless in Seatle made me cry, along with Forrest Gump, The Green Mile, Apollo 13, Saving Private Ryan...

When I first saw Philadelphia back in like 1994 when I was 10, I cried during that. It was just such a sad story. Tom Hanks did a great job in that movie.

Saving Private Ryan -- It brings to life the horrors that my father could never tell me about his experience in WWII. The movie's underlying theme, that we are ALL private ryan and we all must "earn this" really hit home.

The episode of Band of Brothers when the soldier is picking up his laundry in England, and the lady starts listing the laundry left by all his dead friends.

There are others, but I can't think of them right now.

Never have cried from a movie, but at the end of Braveheart I came very, very close.

The end of black hawk down made me cry. Where the voice reads the letter of a dead soldier telling his wife that he loves her and to give his children a hug for him.

can't say I've ever had a movie make my cry though.

Woah! That's freaky. Almost identical posts back to back :Q

on the contrary, darling. this has nothing to do with passion. it has to with you being gullible enough to watch this substance-less, corny, sappy hollywood crap and come back for more.

the book 'where the red fern grows' was much better than the movie 🙁

and I think that one where robin williams GF died to that psycho they were trying to help made me sad

That's actually a pretty good scene between Bruce Willis and Liv Tyler.
That scene makes me crack up laughing for one reason:

Bruce Willis' face blown up on a 400 inch screen right in NASA space station. God forbid these people do some real work to help the surviving ship...no, they all gotta sit there and watch Willis' little private moment blown up to 400 inches and on every other monitor in NASA.

I thought the goodbye scenes from Deep Impact were more emotionally moving than that joke of a scene 😀

Patch Adams. That part made me cry the first time I saw it.
