I saw a preview for a movie about 10-15 years ago in which one of the male characters attempted to leap-frog over a parking meter but missed and it caught him square in the junk. All this time I thought it was Half-Baked, but after watching the movie last night I was proven wrong. I thought I rememebered the guy who mis-jumped to be Harland Williams but now I'm really puzzled. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

 
i think i remember too, but the one movie i am picturing is That Thing You Do.
He was jumping parking meters in the background of a shot and then fell and broke his arm.
