What movie is this?

This isn't much, but a year or two ago I saw one of my brothers watching a movie, and while I only caught maybe 10 minutes of it, it looked interesting. All I know is that there was some kind of corporate conspiracy thing going on and all these rich dudes in suits were trying to pressure this one guy into admitting complicity in a conspiracy or something as a fall guy or something to the FBI. There was an FBI raid at one point. Probably a newer movie, from the last decade.

EDIT: And the fall guy either is or is pretending to be (don't spoil it) kind of dorky/overly-nervous where the business dudes don't want him to.

100% certain it was an American movie, and I don't think murder was involved (it was some kind of fraud/embezzlement scheme).
