What movie has machine guns smuggled in cocaine?

t's a sunny movie for Easter weekend. There are no Blofelds threatening the world, no sexual intercourse with pies, no bodies shot into pieces by machine guns smuggled in cocaine. Just sweet Miley Cyrus, her soul-patched dad and the huge Disney movie machine humming along.

The first one is Bond, the second example is American Pie. What is the third one? Miami Vice? Some other movie? I like a good action flick but can't remember ever seeing a movie where they had guns smuggled in cocaine.

Cocaine Cowboys is all based on actual events. I would think it would have to be something more fictional. Now I've never seen scarface. Maybe thats what it is.
